Chu Chu Pops currently offers pickup in Pomona, CA 91768 on Saturdays & in Brea, CA 92823 on Sundays.

What is the pick-up address?

Exact pickup location will be provided upon receipt of final payment.

How do the cake pops come packaged?

Cake pops are packaged laying down in a windowed pastry box. For an additional fee, you can order a windowed cake pop carrier that doubles as a display stand. When you are ready to serve, simply pop the side tabs out, lift the top off, and insert the tabs back into the side of the stand!

Do cake pops need to be refrigerated?

Nope! Cake pops can remain at room temperature for up to 1 week, or up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator *(depending on flavor chosen). Please note: refrigeration may create condensation once removed from the fridge and may affect custom designs, etc.

Do you cater to tolerances or allergies?

Unfortunately, I cannot cater to specific food allergies. I work in a kitchen that contains gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs, so items may contain traces of these allergens.

How does payment work?

I require a 50% deposit to secure your order, and the remaining balance 1 week before pickup. Once we finalize order details, I’ll send an invoice to you via email with multiple payment options.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Yes! A minimum order of 10 dozen cake pops will receive a 10% discount applied to final total.
